Delivery and Returns

How does delivery work? 

  • Delivery time is 2-5 working days. 
  • Shipping is calculated at a flat rate
  • Free shipping is for orders over R799

Please note that due to covid restrictions some orders might be delayed but we will inform you if it does happen. 

When we ship your order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If your order does not arrive within 10 working days, please contact us so that we can follow up with the courier service. 

How does our return policy work?

  • We are sure you will love your Mila Essentials products however if you are not happy with the product we do offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. Your name and order number
  2. The reason why you would like to return the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
